Kindly read the terms and conditions of 'The Study Support' to avoid misunderstanding or a needlessly unpleasant scenario, at any later stage. We sincerely believe that you must go through it thoroughly, understand and clarify the doubts, before registering with us. It is vitally important for all the tutor and the student / parent.
1- The Study Support is not charging any membership fee for registration.
2- Registration is valid for twelve months from the date of first tuition through us.The yearly membership is valid in all cities in India. If you shift to another city, it will remain valid till end of the validity without additional charge.
3- In case of change the city, tutors have to inform us through registered E-Mail id or update his detail in his / her profile also for future correspondence.
4- Kindly note that the tutors have to go to the students' houses for home tutoring. The students do not come to the tutor's place.
5- We also provide group tution as per requirement of the student / parent and tutors.
6- Commission : Tutor has to pay 25% onetime commission of one complete month fees on each students.
7- No time limit is given for providing the assignments. The assignment will be provided as soon as it is available in suitable area, suitable class, subjects, charges and other requirements of the students. It is the mutual requirement of the tutor and the Bureau.
8- Tutor will be rated by student's parents where he is providing tution. A tutor will get the tuitions / assignment as per his monthly rating.
9- A tutor will get tuitions /assignments one by one according to his rating. If one tuition / assignment is started and the payment is collected by the "The Study Support", he/she will get another and so on. If one cannot finalize (satisfy the student/parents) the first tution / assignment, then he / she may or may not get the second chance. Remember that it is a mutual requirement i.e. the tutors require the help of Bureau and the Bureau needs the tutors.
10- When a tutor is given any tuition, then it is the duty of the tutor to inform the "The Study Support" about the developments within 24 hours by his registered E-Mail ID.
11- The tutors will have to be punctual. If any tutor is not regular / punctual without giving proper notice to parents, then his / her registration may be cancelled.
12- The tutors are not allowed to discontinue any tuition, once started, before the end of annual exams. If any tutors does so without intimation to bureau and parents, he/she will not get any tuition/assignment in the future.
13- A tutor will get unique member ship number for future assignments and proposals.
14- For additional work like preparation of monthly E-Test paper with answer sheet, on Bureau interest, tutor will be get remuneration as per agreement between tutor and bureau.
15- Top rated tutors will get priority for assignments / tuitions and there are no restrictions on the number of assignments for top rates tutors.
16- Tuition Expert is also not responsible for any behavioral misconduct by the student or their house members including the support staff employed by the student or his / her parents. However, incidents of misbehavior , harassment if any, tutor is advised to report "The Study Support" immediately through registered E-Mail id.
17- Female home tutors should take enough care and make an intuitive decision before final decision to accept the assignment / tuitions, to avoid any kind of future embarrassing scenarios. "The Study Support" cannot be held responsible for any such unforeseen and unfortunate event if any.
18- Required Documents: Upload Residence/address proof, copy of Aadhar Card, copy of Pan Card, Copy Of Mark sheet of all educational certificates and photographs.
19- ALL DISPUTES, IF ANY, ARE TO BE SETTLED UNDER VARANASI JURIDICTION ONLY.

2- Registration is valid for complete one academic year. The yearly membership is valid in all cities in India. If you shift to another city, it will remain valid till end of the one academic year.
3- In case of change the city, students / parents have to inform us through registered E-Mail id or update his detail in his / her profile also for future correspondence.
4- Parents are advised to pay tuition fee through "The Study Support gateway" in one month advance and get proper online receipt / SMS /E- Mail from The Study Support." The Study Support" will not be responsible for any kind of payment without successful transactions.
5- Student / Parents are requested to provide the feedback of tutor and rate them on monthly basis through your feedback coloumn with "The Study Support" on monthly basis to serve you better.
6- Registered parents / students are requested not make any advance payment to the tutors without checking and taking a written permission from 'The Study Support'. We do not take the responsibility of any lump sum advance / contract payment made to the tutors without our prior knowledge and permission.
7- Parents are advised to collect proper ID Proof and address proof of Tutor, membership number and verify with original and also check the credentials of tutors before hiring their services. The Study Support will not be responsible for any inconvenience.
8- If registered parents / students are not satisfied with current tutor, kindly inform us immediately through your registered E-Mail ID or overphone. We can find a replacement for you as soon as possible without paying additional charge.
9- The Study Support is confident of assigning a new tutor as requested or find the replacement for a tutor within a minimum 3-4 working days from the registration / replacement request. However, in certain cases it may take a few days more or less and hence the number of days mentioned above is not to be misconstrued as a guarantee.
10- The Study Support is also providing tuition services our very senior / reputed teachers from their respective homes.
11- "The Study Support" does not guarantee tutor or tuition quality, as it's a very subjective matter.
