Our Terms & Conditions For Student / Parents

Kindly read the terms and conditions of 'The Study Support' to avoid misunderstanding or a needlessly unpleasant scenario, at any later stage. We sincerely believe that you must go through it thoroughly, understand and clarify the doubts, before registering with us. It is vitally important for all the tutor and the student / parent.

1- The Study Support is not charging any membership fee for registration.

2- Registration is valid for complete one academic year. The yearly membership is valid in all cities in India. If you shift to another city, it will remain valid till end of the one academic year.

3- In case of change the city, students / parents have to inform us through registered E-Mail id or update his detail in his / her profile also for future correspondence.

4- Parents are advised to pay tuition fee through "The Study Support gateway" in one month advance and get proper online receipt / SMS /E- Mail from The Study Support." The Study Support" will not be responsible for any kind of payment without successful transactions.

5- Student / Parents are requested to provide the feedback of tutor and rate them on monthly basis through your feedback coloumn with "The Study Support" on monthly basis to serve you better.

6- Registered parents / students are requested not make any advance payment to the tutors without checking and taking a written permission from 'The Study Support'. We do not take the responsibility of any lump sum advance / contract payment made to the tutors without our prior knowledge and permission.

7- Parents are advised to collect proper ID Proof and address proof of Tutor, membership number and verify with original and also check the credentials of tutors before hiring their services. The Study Support will not be responsible for any inconvenience.

8- If registered parents / students are not satisfied with current tutor, kindly inform us immediately through your registered E-Mail ID or overphone. We can find a replacement for you as soon as possible without paying additional charge.

9- The Study Support is confident of assigning a new tutor as requested or find the replacement for a tutor within a minimum 3-4 working days from the registration / replacement request. However, in certain cases it may take a few days more or less and hence the number of days mentioned above is not to be misconstrued as a guarantee.

10- The Study Support is also providing tuition services our very senior / reputed teachers from their respective homes.

11- "The Study Support" does not guarantee tutor or tuition quality, as it's a very subjective matter.
